This cake is inspired by an internet photo provided by client, it is a replica and adjusted version of a South East Asian bakery. The top layer is a Fondant covered 3D Longevity peach cake, handmade sugar cherry blossoms with a gold Chinese character "壽" (Shou) , which means Longevity in Chinese.
The bottom layer of the cake is a fondant coated cake with Royal Icing hand painted floral pattern on the side. This cake is a 6" + 6" and cake feed up to 30-45 people.
